The scope of work of the Project was to convert existing 5 seminar halls into office halls and retrofitting and refurbishing of the Appellate Court Building. The main prerequisite of the project is that all the converted office halls should be returned to BICC in the same condition, as it was during seminar hall condition. It was strictly not allowed to use screw or nails on wall and floor. At the meantime, we had to construct partition walls, electrical, telephone and networking system to all work station. It was a time of essence project. Entire Project had to be designed and constructed within one month. The Consultant successfully managed to complete the project within 5 weeks.
