The key exterior feature is the dynamic play between triangular shaped clear glass, tinted glass and external cladding in the front elevation. This feature makes the building stand out in the vicinity and also casts a dramatic shadow feature in the entrance lobby inside the building. Interior planning of the building has been guided by the sun direction, zoning of spaces and hierarchy of working personnel. Layouts of interior spaces have been planned by placing the open work stations towards east and south direction, therefore availability of ample daylight during winters. The building also includes solar panels as an alternative electricity source, electronic smart features and also emergency facilities in case of natural calamities.
