Exterior of the building is designed in Neo-classical Style (Western), whereas the plan of the building is based upon “Vaastu Shastra” (Eastern). In order to achieve south orientation of the building sufficient chunk of land had to left vacant at south side. At north side the car porch in cantilever of 5.0m span has been designed for maximum use of narrow land at front. Spacious staircase with wide landing area creating grandioseness and big living room with garden view are main character of this building. The Gazebo on the north west side of the building terrace enhances the building aesthetics.
