Building is designed using a principle of “GREEN BUILDING DESIGN” and the project was registered for LEED accreditation from US Green Building Council, Washington DC. A great deal of attention has been paid to use Green Building Design techniques to suit local climate. The parabolic roof has been designed to accommodate sufficient numbers of Solar Photo-Voltic Panels (30 kW) to run 300 numbers of computers/laptops and illumination of both showrooms. Similarly, the roof is designed to accommodate sufficient numbers of Solar Air Heating Panels for generating hot air for heating about 70% of office spaces. Earth Air tunnel (EAT) has been designed for cooling 70% of office spaces during summer. An emergency staircase has been allocated at front (west façade) in order to protect from over heating of the building during summer. Others features like wastewater recycling, solar water heating, VRV/VRF type AC system, energy efficient lighting system with sensor controls, double glazed windows, extruded polystyrene foam insulations, VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) free finishing materials and electric vehicle charging stations have been incorporated in the Project. This building is six and half stories with an attic floor and double basement.
