The factory complex comprises of main factory building with office spaces, staff quarters, guest house and workers hostel. Arrangement of inner space of the factory building has been appreciated by many industrialists. All the production line and administrative office area falls under visual range of the General Manger's office room.
Huge openings are provided at south-west elevation in order to provide a lot of daylight to dry the clay body.

The project consists of upgrading various buildings as well as new design and construction of Office and Factory Buildings of Bottler's Nepal. The design is highly functional which has been designed on the basis of International Standard to meet the reputation of the Multi-national company.
The Production area, Simple Syrup Plant, PET filling area and RGB Area have been renovated. The Design and construction of new Warehouse for Sugar Storage and Administrative Building is in progress.
