In order to achieve harmony with surrounding architecture of ancient townhood of Thimi, the design theme adopted for the project is Brick Facade. All the RCC columns, beams and slabs are covered by brickworks with reinforcements for protection against damage during earthquake. Ducts are provided at every column position. These ducts are designed with File cabinet at front and space for running pipes and conduits at back. It also creates depth in facade, which also protects harsh sunlight entering in to building to some extent during summer.

Vehicle parking shed has been designed in hanging type (without vertical support) for easy maneuver of vehicles. The suspension type roof is tied with tower with basement water tank for counter balancing the load of the hanging roofing system. The Project consists of construction of Main Building, Canteen, Guard House, Parking Shed, Generator House and Pump House.
